Rules and Regulations

1. For the purposes of this rewards program, a "Referral" is defined as:

• Your submission of a candidate's name (other than yourself) to SelectQuest for a specific job advertised on our web page. CLICK HERE to view or search our job listings.
• Your submission of a company name and its hiring authority's name (other than your own) to SelectQuest in reference to a specific candidate advertised on our web page. CLICK HERE to view or search our qualified candidates.
• Candidates or hiring authorities are not considered referrals if they have already been submitted as referrals, already exist in our database, and/or have been reviewed internally.

2. YOU WIN IF: your referral is placed for the job or candidate for which you referred them, and they stay on the job for 90 days, and you claim your prize within one year of being notified of your winner status.

3. We will only be notifying persons who have sent us a valid referral at the time the placement is made. For any questions, please email referrals@selectquest.com.

4. Referrals may be submitted using the form below or by sending an email to referrals@selectquest.com. If sending an email, be sure and include:

• Referral's first and last name
• Title
• Company
• Office and/or home phone number
• e-mail address

Also, be sure and indicate the job order or candidate id number for your referral. Referrals sent without all of this information will be disregarded.
