He effectively led organizations through critical startup and restructuring. He is highly skilled in strategic and business plan development. He is experienced in forming joining venture and niche-driven business relationships with alliances in Hong Kong, Australia and Europe; and is well-versed in business practices in Asia/Pacific and Latin America. Mr. Barillas has worked for TransQuest, Inc., NCR Corporation and AT&T. Nick obtained an MBA, MIBS: Master of International Business Studies as well as BA in International Politics from the University of South Carolina, Columbia, SC
